We'll also collect:

Your school logo, so we can create custom marketing materials for your fundraiser.
A completed W-9, so we can process your fundraising payment and maintain accurate tax records.

Once we receive these items, we'll send your school's unique fundraising code along with your ready-to-use marketing materials so you can begin promoting your fundraiser.
